Pharrell who lost the law suit for stealing music, is now about to be sued for the hit Hot in Herre. Derrick Dezzraye moore is about to bring a law suit forth on Pharrell and his Neptune partner Hugo, for stealing parts of his song I've Got to be Your Lover off the Exotic Storm LP that was released off Epic records. The song produced by Moore, Erik Nuri and William Bryant keyboardist for Marvin Gaye agree, the two songs are very similar with the main line in the music composition the horns copied from Moore's song to make  Hot In Herre.
